3. Services Provided


Swift Skills Academy offers accredited training in:

Welding and fabrication (basic, advanced, specialised, pipe welding)

Occupational Health & Safety (OHSA courses, firefighting, first aid, working at heights, confined spaces)

Business administration and soft skills development

Workplace compliance and transformation consulting

4. Enrollment & Payments


Enrollment is confirmed once payment or funding approval is received.

Fees must be paid in full before training commences unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to academy policy and may incur administrative charges.

5. Learner Responsibilities


Attend classes and practical sessions as scheduled.

Follow safety rules and comply with OHSA standards during training.

Respect instructors, staff, and fellow learners.

Use academy equipment responsibly.

6. Academy Responsibilities


Provide accredited, industry-aligned training programmes.

Ensure qualified instructors deliver practical and theoretical learning.

Maintain safe, well-equipped training facilities.

Issue certificates upon successful completion of courses.

7. Intellectual Property


All training materials, course content, and branding remain the property of Swift Skills Academy.

Learners may not copy, distribute, or reproduce materials without written consent.

8. Liability Disclaimer


Swift Skills Academy is not liable for employment outcomes post-training.

Practical training involves inherent risks; learners must follow safety instructions at all times.

The academy is not responsible for personal belongings brought onto premises.

9. Termination


Swift Skills Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for:

Non-payment of fees

Misconduct or breach of academy rules

Unsafe behavior during training

10. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
