What is EAP in South African Employment Equity?

EAP stands for Economically Active Population. It represents the percentage of people between 15 and 64 who are either employed or seeking work, used as a benchmark for EE targets.

How often must companies report on Employment Equity?

Designated employers must submit their EEA2 and EEA4 reports annually to the Department of Labour to remain compliant.
