Swift Skills Academy is a Cape Town-based training and skills-development provider located in Killarney Gardens. We deliver practical welding and fabrication training, occupational health and safety programmes, artisan-development pathways and employer skills-development support.
Our approach combines hands-on learning, experienced facilitators and clear progression routes. Whether someone is entering the workplace, developing practical competence or preparing for further assessment, we focus on skills that can be applied safely and confidently in real working environments.
We also support employers with structured training solutions designed around workforce needs, safety priorities, operational requirements and long-term skills development.
